1. Please note that posters will not be displayed as hard copies and poster boards will not be provided.
   
2. All posters at the Congress will be displayed in an innovative Electronic Poster Gallery.
   
3. Posters will be viewed on computers within a dedicated poster display area in the Exhibition Hall.
   
4. Authors will be encouraged to be available in the area to discuss their posters and interact with delegates interested in their work.
   
5. Poster authors will be required to pay a nominal poster handling fee of MYR250, payable once the poster has been accepted for presentation.
   
6. By adopting this electronic poster presentation method, it is anticipated that authors will:
   
   1. Save money spent on producing a hard copy poster
      
   2. Be environmentally friendly - the RCOG supports the Climate and Health Council and encourages health professionals to be pro-active in this important issue
      
   3. Avoid airline charges for carrying a poster tube as hand luggage
      

The deadline for submitting a poster online is 6 May 2012.
