General Information
Language
The official language of the Congress will be English.

Certificate of Attendance
An official Certificate of Attendance will be provided for all registered delegates.

Continuing Professional Development
Congress delegates who are registered on the RCOG Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Programme may claim CPD credits at the rate of one (1) credit per hour for attending the Congress, excluding all breaks and social activities.

Visa Requirements
All delegates entering Malaysia must possess a valid national Passport or internationally recognised Travel Document valid for travel to Malaysia.Any person not in possession of a passport or travel document that is recognised by the Malaysian Government must obtain a document in lieu of passport. Application for the document in lieu of passport can be made at any Malaysian Representative Office abroad. Foreign nationals who require a visa to enter Malaysia must apply and obtain a visa in advance at any Malaysian Representative Office abroad before entering the country.

Letters of Invitation
A written request must be sent to the Congress Secretariat for a Letter of Invitation to assist with the application for a visa to attend the Congress in Malaysia. This lettershould not be considered an official invitation for delegates to cover registration fees or other related expenses from your organisation or sponsors. Letters of invitation will only be issued on receipt of registrations accompanied by full payment.

Insurance
The Organisers are unable to accept any responsibility for damage to or loss of personal property during the Congress and participants are advised to ensure that such items are adequately insured prior to travel.

Weather
Malaysia enjoys sub-tropical conditions throughout the year with average temperatures of around 32 degrees Celsius (90 degrees Fahrenheit).

Local Time
The time in all cities in Malaysia is at 8 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (+8 GMT).
