Video Presentation

1. The time allocated for each presentation is 10 minutes – 8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for questions. This will be strictly adhered to, so please do not prepare lengthy videos that cannot fit into this time frame.
2. The acceptable video format is Digital Video based on the guidelines below:
   • Acceptable format – MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 or .MOV only.
     
   • Acceptable frame size – 4:3 format 768 x 576 or 720 x 576. Please ensure the frame size is not smaller than this.
   • Acceptable file size – No more than 650 MB.
3. The presentation date, time and location will be notified to the selected authors upon finalisation of the programme.
